On October 18 | 19, Cleo will perform database updates to the Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) platform.



WHAT TO EXPECT

During the maintenance window, there is no anticipated downtime; however, processing will be queued with a temporary delay in visibility generation from 30 minutes up to 60 minutes in CIC Cockpit.



Customers should avoid deploying projects during the maintenance window.

Resolved - Cleo engineers have applied a fix. All Cleo Integration Cloud services appear to be performing as normal and are confirmed through monitoring. Cleo will provide an RCA through the Services Update section in CIC within the next 5 business days.

Completed - The final phase of the urgent maintenance activity on CIC has been successfully completed.

No downtime or impact to transactional processing occurred during this window; data visibility is fully caught up, and all components of CIC are now fully operational.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation throughout these maintenance windows as we implemented these proactive measures to further strengthen platform stability and reliability.

Scheduled - To further strengthen platform stability and reliability, we are proceeding with the final phase of our urgent maintenance activities on CIC. This is the third and last of the short maintenance windows being carried out over the past week. These updates are being implemented in a staged and controlled manner.

For this maintenance, no downtime or impact to transactional processing is expected. However, customers may experience a temporary delay of up to 30 minutes in data visibility within the CIC Cockpit.
In addition, please refrain from performing any project deployments or configuration changes on CIC during this window.

We appreciate your continued understanding and cooperation as we complete this final phase of maintenance to safeguard CIC operations. This activity is expected to take up to 5 hours, and we will provide an update once it has been fully completed.
