Cleo Integration Cloud: API Gateway - API Provider Delay
Resolved - Cleo Engineers have confirmed through monitoring that all Cleo Integration Cloud API Provider transactions are processing as normal.

Between September 3, 4:58 PM CDT and 11:44 PM CDT, approximately 11% of API requests to the API Provider may have experienced delays. Customers with configured retry mechanisms would have experienced successful processing for the majority of retried requests.

Cleo will publish an official RCA in the Services Update section within CIC within the next five business days.
