Cleo Integration Cloud CIC Agent Transaction Processing Delay Resolved

Customers may have experienced delays in transaction processing for up to 36 minutes between the hours of 10:42 CDT - 11:18 CDT.

If your Database integrations are using the Cleo Integration Cloud's (CIC) DB Proxy feature, some Database connection attempts and active Database connections may have failed during this time. In the CIC Job’s view, these connection failures would be identified with a red status.

All CIC services are performing as normal and confirmed through monitoring as of 11:18 CDT. Cleo will provide an RCA through the Services Update section in CIC within the next 5 business days.
