Cleo will provide an RCA through the Services Update section in CIC within the next 5 business days.

Monitoring

Cleo engineers have been notified of latency in message visibility, which may affect the UI experience of all customers using CIC Cockpit. All Inbound/Outbound transactions continue to process normally.

Cleo engineers have applied a fix. We will continue to monitor and provide periodic updates over the next 2 hours, as latency is reduced.
