CIC Engine is confirmed to be performing as normal through monitoring. All transactions are processing successfully and without delays. Cleo will provide an official RCA through the Services Update section in CIC within the next 5 business days.

Monitoring

Cleo Engineers were alerted by internal system monitoring to a condition that affected inbound connectivity for a subset of customers utilizing AS2, FTP, FTPs, SFTP, and, Partner Portal-based integrations. Approximately 25% of inbound connections into CIC between 14:48 CDT and 15:12 CDT were impacted. However, based on best practices, trading partners would have attempted retries and those retries had a 75% chance of successful execution.
Cleo has pushed a fix and is continuing to monitor inbound connections.
Note: Outbound connections continued to process successfully.
