Upcoming Scheduled Maintenance

On Sept. 17 | 18, Cleo will perform updates to the Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) platform. During the maintenance window, there is no anticipated downtime and integrations will continue to send and receive normally, however transformation processes may be delayed until the update is complete.

Start Time:
Sept. 17 at 19:00 CDT (Sept. 18 | 00:00 GMT)

Estimated Duration:
• Total: up to 7 hours
• Per-customer: up to 3 hours

Before the Update
• Ensure critical processes are complete prior to the scheduled update window

During the Update

After the Update
• Get the latest version of CIC Agent (1.1.5)
