Cleo Engineers were alerted to an issue affecting API Provider connectivity for CIC customers caused by an expired certificate. Upon investigation, the certificate was renewed and service was restored. Monitoring has confirmed that API Provider connectivity is operating normally and no further issues have been detected.
Cleo will publish an official RCA in the Services Update section within CIC within the next five business days.
