Cleo Engineers were alerted on 29 March between 23:30 to 00:15 CDT to a condition affecting CIC cockpit visibility, some transactional processes, intermittent connectivity issues between CIC and few access points. Cleo engineers have applied a fix to address the underlying condition.

All transactions are processing successfully and without delays. All CIC Cockpit services and capabilities are performing as normal and are confirmed through monitoring. Cleo will provide an official RCA through the Services Update section in CIC within the next 5 business days.

For any impacted transactions on CIC, Cleo will perform all required recovery activities in coordination with customers as needed.
