Following the recent incident, we are continuing with a set of urgent maintenance activities on CIC. This is the second of three short maintenance windows being carried out over the next few days. These updates are being implemented in a staged manner to strengthen platform stability and reliability.
For this maintenance, no downtime or impact to transactional processing is expected. Customers may, however, experience a temporary delay of up to 30 minutes in data visibility within the CIC Cockpit. In addition, please refrain from performing any project deployments or configuration changes on CIC during this window.
We apologize for the short notice and appreciate your understanding as we continue these proactive steps to safeguard CIC operations. This activity is expected to take up to 5 hours, and we will provide an update once it has been fully completed.
