Following the recent incident earlier this week, we have identified the need to perform a set of urgent maintenance activities on CIC. This is the first of three short maintenance windows that will be carried out over the next few days. These updates are being implemented in a staged manner to strengthen platform stability and reliability.
For this maintenance, no downtime or impact to transactional processing is expected. Customers may, however, experience a temporary delay of 15–30 minutes in data visibility within the CIC Cockpit. And also, please refrain from doing any project deployments or configuration changes on CIC during this window.
We apologize for the short notice and appreciate your understanding as we take these proactive steps to safeguard CIC operations. This activity is expected to take up to 5 hours, and we will provide an update once it has been fully completed.
