Cleo engineers were alerted by internal system monitoring to a connectivity issue impacting a subset of customers using AS2 and SFTP protocols between 00:10 CDT and 00:45 CDT.

A fix has been successfully deployed, and ongoing monitoring confirmed that all transactions are now processing as expected. Cleo will provide an official RCA through the Services Update section in CIC within the next 5 business days.
