Upcoming Scheduled Maintenance
On February 15 | 16, Cleo will perform a Router and Integration Engine database update to the Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) platform.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Non-API integration processes • During the Router update, there is no anticipated downtime for non-API processes. However, non-API integration processing will be queued for up to 20 minutes with a temporary delay in visibility generation in CIC Cockpit. • During the Integration Engine update, there is no anticipated downtime for non-API processes. However, non-API integration processing will be queued for up to 10 minutes with a temporary delay in visibility generation in CIC Cockpit. • Customers with Ecosystem Relationship Management alerts configured will experience notification delays and any alerts configured to trigger during the scheduled update may produce errors. • There is no need for Cleo customers or trading partners to delay non-API activities as CIC will continue to send and receive as normal. • Transactions will automatically process and all delayed Messages and Jobs will populate as normal following maintenance window completion.
API provider requests • During the Integration Engine database update, API provider requests will generate a 503 (Service Unavailable) status for up to 10 minutes. • To avoid generating errors, Cleo recommends customers refrain from scheduling or attempting to execute API provider processes during the scheduled maintenance window.
